So my first tip is this thing called the South Beach fat flush. All you have to do is drink cranberry juice for 72 hours! Well ive been drinking this cranberry juice cocktail but its basically the same thing and tastes way nicer!!!
Tip number 2 are these Kalteen bars, they're like Sweedish or something. So I've been eating loads of these recently and apparently they've burned up all my carbs so my body's running on water, so if I look a bit bigger atm its only cuz the water's bloating me dw! In a week im gonna drop 10 pounds and be like all muscle, so im gonna look so hot. Can't wait to see the results!!
